By execution of CSPC Nanhai Petrochemical project, SEPCO obtained rich experience on SMARTPLANT, PDS, INTOOLS, ETAP etc. for a digital 3D design, and procurement technical proposal preparation, call for bid, negotiation, contract control, logistic management for overseas procurement. Potential suppliers’ list has been established both for domestic procurement and overseas procurement.
